Workshop Manager (M/F)

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Workshop Manager (M/F).

MISSIONS : 

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, you will:

• Follow your daily action perimeter through monitored KPIs
• Manage and optimize the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Participate in continuous improvement actions
• Manage operators (planning, manpower forecast, recruitment needs assessment, etc.)
• Improve productivity figures and ensure that opetaors strictly comply with industrial safety and hygiene rules and regulations

PROFILE (M/F) : 

You have at least 5 years of experience in workshop supervision within the Mechanics industry in general, ideally within the Surface Treatment industry

You have at least one prior management experience

Machining has not secret for you

You are recognized for your dynamism, accountability and team spirit

Position based in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France)
