Production Line Deployment
At LUBODRY® PRODUCTIONS, we are using proprietary and complex process and equipment. This is the reason why our dry lubricant impingement coatings are in principle processed within our production facility located in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France). However, in today’s global economic context, we understand the importance of being flexible and respond to the increasing logistical constraints of our clients. When workpieces to be processed come in too high and recurring numbers, we have developed a capacity to intervene at your production facility, with a tailored equipment to your needs and operated by LUBODRY® PRODUCTIONS operators. We are able to deploy such equipment and trained teams throughout Europe in a very short period of time (please contact us for other geographies). In such circumstances, we set up a complete LUBODRY® production line at any of your production facilities, covering all of our pre-processing, processing and post-treatment operations, according to ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100 provisions, and teams, processes and machines deployed are fully compliant with our main facility’s quality standards.
