By Arnaud de KERLEAU THE GUIFFANT / Chairman of LUBODRY® PRODUCTIONS
2015 has inpired new momentum with numerous projects and developments for LUBODRY® PRODUCTIONS. Last year was indeed particularly filled with hopes and tangible results are available to us today.
OUR SARTROUVILLE FACILITY REDEVELOPED AND OPTIMIZED FOR OUR NEW EN 9100 COMPLIANCE
Starting in July 2015, we reorganized our production facility in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France), including significant investments in production equipment and compliance with our new EN 9100 processes.
Thus, in terms of production improvement, our Aerospace & Defense Department has been equipped with new processes, 100% operational and compliant with the EN 9100 certification, which is our goal for the end of Q1 2016. In addition, a control room has been set in place to ensure the highest level of quality to our clients and avoid non-compliances.
Our Department dedicated to R&D is currently working on ever more innovative materials and on the automation of most repetitive processes including those specific to aeronautics.
Our “AGILE” organization allows us to meet our clients’ needs and to address constantly changing market requirements : “AOG” / Emergency Service compliant with the EN 9100 certification, test policy, express shipment worldwide, etc.
AEROSPACE AT THE HEART OF OUR EXPERTISE
While significantly contributing to the development of innovative processes, our “ASD” Department lead us to new horizons where we will have to demonstrate our expertise, associated with research of exceptional quality. Quality is the obsession of the new management team since their arrival on board, in July 2015. Our quality standards will be recognized from the 1st quarter of 2016 with the renewal of the ISO 9001 certification (in its newest 2015 version) and the transition to the EN 9100 certification. Caring for the environment being one of the highlights of our permanent and dry lubricant processes, our next objective is to comply with the environment-related ISO 14001 certification by the 2nd half of 2016.
EXPORTS CONTINUE TO RISE
The establishment of a R&D Department consolidates existing markets and explores new opportunities. Our markets are growing in Germany, Poland and Switzerland, while a prospecting strategy is underway with Italian industries, which should lead us to the establishment of a production facility in Northern Italy (by the end of 2016 / early 2017).
Here, we shall thank all of our clients who have placed their trust in us for such a long time and drove us to be what we are today : an “AGILE” and ambitious company “AGILE”, capable of solving most complex tribological issues, while caring for the environment. We shall also thank our suppliers, which in a way reassured us in our development efforts.
